Pound for a Purpose! Instructor Heather Cintron is partnering with the Alzheimer’s Association of Greater PA to Pound out Alzheimer’s! Pound for a Purpose! Pound Fit Instructor Heather Cintron is partnering with the Alzheimer’s Association Greater of PA to Pound out Alzheimer’s. Join us on November 14th from 11:30am to 1:30pm at Columbia . Be prepared to work up a sweat and enjoy a post workout beverage! All proceeds go directly to the Alzheimer’s Association. Each ticket includes a 45 minute workout, a donation to the Alzheimer’s Association, and beverage. There will also be a few door prizes for some lucky attendees! 11:30 - 12:00 egistration 12:00 - 12:45 Rockout Workout!!! 12:45 - 1:30 Enjoy a beverage and lunch (if you wish) This fundraiser’s proceeds will go directly to the CE Howlers Walk to End Alzheimer’s which benefits the Alzheimer’s Association. This cause is very near and dear to my heart as I have lost many family members to Alzheimer’s, most recently, my grandfather. I hope for progress towards preserving our precious memories. I fundraiser and support to show strength for those fighting the battle. I firmly believe that memories matter! Currently, more than 5 million Americans have Alzheimer's and that number is expected to grow to as many as 16 million by 2050. Our future is at risk unless we can find a way to change the course of this disease. I need your support to do my part!
