Here are the top stories today in Buffalo: Buffalo police said a 19-year-old Niagara Falls man is recovering after being shot in Buffalo overnight. Police said the victim was brought to Erie County Medical Center around 1 a.m. Detectives said the shooting happened in the first block of Pannell Street, near Amherst Street and Main Street. (WGRZ.com)Sunday was Ralph C. Wilson Jr. day at the Buffalo and Erie County Naval and Military Park. The park was open from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. with a "pay what you can admission" to celebrate. A special behind-the-scenes curator tour was held at 1 p.m., and tickets for future dates are available at $50. The military park is open Friday through Sunday in October and Saturdays and Sundays in November.
