Description

A crash slowed traffic on Interstate 95 south near the Tydings Bridge Monday night for about an hour. One vehicle crashed on I-95 south at miler marker 90.1 after 7 p.m., according to state transportation officials. Traffic cameras showed emergency personnel convering at the scene.
