DENVER, CO — Denver police are searching for suspects after a ride-share driver was stabbed in the city's Rosedale neighborhood. The driver is expected to survive, according to the Denver Police Department.
Officers were called at 12:14 a.m. Monday to the 2100 block of South Broadway Street after they received a report of the stabbing.
The ride-share driver was in the area to complete a fare and was approached by five teenagers, police said. The driver told the group that he couldn't fit all of them in his vehicle, and a verbal altercation broke out, authorities said.
The fight turned physical and the driver was stabbed several times, police said.

No arrests have been made in connection with the stabbing.
