Mirabella Seattle, a part of Pacific Retirement Services, is a beautiful not-for-profit Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC) located in the heart of downtown Seattle.  Work Schedule: Monday - Friday; 8:00am - 4:30pm Responsibilities: Repairs and maintains commercial equipment and water source heat pumps. Maintenance and repairs to Mirabella building and equipment. Repairs, maintains, and operates swimming pool equipment. Repairs and maintains all major equipment for Dining Services. Troubleshoots system operations. Repairs, maintains, and inspects electrical, plumbing, HVAC, lighting, hardware, TV, and safety systems. Repairs and maintains all maintenance supplies, tools and equipment. Maintains the maintenance shops in an orderly fashion. Performs carpentry repair and small project work. Provides emergency repairs to facilities and equipment as needed. Recommends and implements plant/building improvements for safety reasons. Qualifications: Associate or bachelor’s degree in maintenance, engineering or a related field is preferred. Three (3) years’ maintenance experience in HVAC/mechanical, electrical, plumbing, locksmithing, utility system and/or general building repair. Skills in the operation, repair and maintenance of shop equipment and tools. Knowledge of the chemicals used by Maintenance. Ability to read and understand label instructions.
