Job Summary: Under general supervision, responsible for set-up, clean-up and resetting of event spaces, as well as light custodial and maintenance activities. Responsibilities: • Assist with set-up, reset, and clean-up of each event/meeting space • Ensure event/meeting spaces are clean and reset throughout the day • Ensure clean presentation of campus through routine littler pickups, regular restroom checks and cafeteria cleaning during lunch periods • Ensure campus safety through daily traffic control, situational awareness and monitoring of facilities • Supports facilities team and campus by completing timely work orders through facilities maintenance software programs • Light maintenance of facilities such as painting, blowing walkways, maintaining landscape, moving furniture, floor cleaning procedures and others. • Performs other duties as assigned Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities • Ability to function in a team-setting to work around students of varying ages, with =faculty, parents, and facilities team members • Demonstrated ability and willingness to collaborate with faculty and staff • Demonstrated ability to adapt to changes and work with a team for solutions • Willingness to work occasional evenings, weekends and snow days as needed • Basic computer skills to complete work order requests, respond to emails. • Knowledge of MS Office preferred Credentials and Experience • Experience working around students and in schools is a plus • Must have a valid Washington State driver’s license and a clean driving record • Ability to complete certifications for equipment, safety and building operations is a plus • Willingness to pursue certifications and/or training is desirable • CDL driver certification is a plus Compensation Hourly pay starting at $20 per hour.
