Position: Work typically with 1 to 2 other employees on a variety of projects centering around log home construction, repair, remodeling, or refinishing. Tools and transportation to job sites provided; occasional out-of-town stay required (lodging and per diem provided). General Skills Required: Understanding and operation of power tools of all sorts. Speak English in a fluent manner. Able to drive and have a valid driver's license. Comfortable with working at elevated heights on occasion. Skills Preferred But Not Required: Ability to operate chainsaws safely and effectively. Framing and general construction knowledge. Familiar with stain application and sealants. Specific experience working with log homes. Mechanical ability to repair various equipment.
