Press release from the City of Austin: October 14, 2021 UPDATE: The suspect in the bank robbery investigation on October 8, 2021, has been identified as 22-year-old Micah Nahum Harris. The suspect is still at large. Original Press Release: Case: 21-2810555 Date: October 8, 2021 Time: 10:25 a.m. Location: 11215 S IH 35 Service Road Northbound, Regions Bank The Austin Police Department (APD) Robbery Unit is requesting the public's assistance in identifying a suspect involved in a bank robbery. At 10:25 a.m., Friday, October 8, 2021, Austin 9-1-1 received a call regarding a robbery at the Regions Bank located at 11215 IH 35. The suspect entered the bank, approached the counter and threatened the teller. The bank teller gave the suspect cash, and the suspect then ran away. He was last seen walking northbound on the frontage road of S. IH 35.
