Handyman Needed Part-Time in Miami Beach to upgrade our Home & Rental Properties Task include: - Move a water heat and install a new shut off valve. - Replace main shut off valve - Install timer for pool pump - Install timer for pool light - Demo a partition block wall - Install a timer for some lights - Install a wifi shut off for pool heater - Acid clean our pool (going to be emptied today) - Patch some spots with Diamondbrite patch kit - Repairing/refurbishing some old wooden doors - General Carpentry - Garden work - Framing - Drywall - Painting - and other things We pay $160 per day for 8 hour shifts and if you do good work we can keep you busy on a part time basis.
