LAWRENCEVILLE, NJ – A new smoothie and juice bar is all set to open in Lawrenceville. Pure Green Princeton will be opening at 302 Mercer Mall, in between Starbucks and the Verizon store. According to the company's website, they source "nutrient-rich superfoods" and "formulate them into products." "Our mission is to build healthier communities around the globe by connecting people with superfoods," reads their mission statement. The company's website does not mention an opening date for the Lawrenceville store. Pure Green started in 2014 in New York and has expanded since then. Their locations include Michigan, Chicago, Florida, Colorado, and Atlanta.
