SAN RAFAEL, CA — San Rafael will hold an annual Halloween celebration this weekend. The 32nd Annual Trick or Treat event will be held Saturday from 1 to 3 p.m. in downtown San Rafael and West End Village. The Trick or Treat event will allow families to collect treats from participating businesses and view the Dia de los Muertos altars in storefronts, The event will be followed by a Day of the Dead car parade at 3 p.m. Celebrate Spooky Season Downtown 👻 Families can stroll outside to collect treats from participating businesses and view the Dia de Los Muertos altars in storefronts.
