PITTSBURGH, PA — The Allegheny County Health Department has shut down two catering services operating out of private residences. Mama T's Kitchen on Davis Avenue in Brighton Heights and Desi Kitchen on Pinnacle Drive in South Fayette both were closed. Both were operating without valid health permits. Mama T's Facebook pageidentifies it as a private chef and food catering service. Desi Kitchen does not appear to be on social media, but the address for it listed on the county real estate website is a residence on a cul-de-sac.
