Warehouse Lead Majestic Hearth Distributors is seeking a Warehouse Lead for a full time position. MHD is a leading distributor of fireplaces and grills in Denver, CO. Job Description: This position will be responsible for maintaining an organized and efficient warehouse while processing orders, daily shipping and receiving, and managing inventory. Essential Functions and Responsibilities: • Manage all shipping and receiving • Coordinate all daily shipping and deliveries • Maintain all aspects of picking and loading operations • Ensuring all receiving has been counted and recorded properly • Maintain the physical condition of the warehouse by organizing and implementing continual design layout for optimal operational duties • Maintain positive working relationships with staff, customers, and vendors A successful candidate will possess the following skills and attributes: • Positive, self-starter attitude • Highly organized and detail oriented • Ability to multi-task throughout the day • Strong customer service skills • Ability to give efficient and direct instructions • Ability to perform in a high-volume shipping and receiving environment Qualifications: • One or more years minimum warehouse experience • Proficient in basic computer operations (Business software, FedEx Ship Manager, Microsoft 365) • Ability to lift 50lbs • Must have a driver’s license and clean MVR • OSHA forklift operator certificate Benefits: Majestic Hearth Distributors provides a competitive salary in addition to the following benefits: • Medical • IRA • Paid vacation and personal days
