Help with tenant issue

I need input, A person who was renting a room moved out on the 3rd of this month, He left behind in my storage area a queen size bed, boxspring and frame. He acknowledge he left it and took pillows also. As I doubt he will return and retreive the bed and things, I am going to have to hire it removed and disposed of. Can I charge him storage fees and or disposal fees. I need to figure this out before I figure out what to return of his $300 deposit, Any ideas or places I can check would be greatly appreciated
