I am in need of an independant contractor with a residential construction background to assist with various tasks within the housing industry. Applicant must be able to work unsupervised. Responsibilities will include: -General Residential Remodeling (Sheetrock, Tile, Carpentry, Painting, Roofing) -Loading and unloading of construction materials -Lawn maintenance to residential properties APLLICANT MUST HAVE THE FOLLOWING: -dependable transportation -drivers license Pay based on experience and show of work.
