We are a traditional small family business! We are looking for a new handyman/Women to strengthen our team. If you be a team player, have a valid drivers license helpful, please apply direct to our Office daily at 1180 Edington Place, Marco Island, Florida 34145 between 10Am and 3Pm please fill out our application. 30hours/week must be available on weekends for on call' needs! Your responsibilities include: 1.) Plumbing-unclog drains change faucets, change toilets, bathroom vanities, etc. 2.) Light Electrical -change ceiling fan electrical outlets, TV's, lightbulbs, etc 3.) Light Drywall-repair any holes in walls patch up and paint. 4.) Light landscaping-killing weeds, garden clean-up/mulching, hedge trimming, etc 5.) You need to know about Door Handles and Locks 6.) Empty Garbage cans on Property bring the trash to the Big Garbage Containers 7.) Roll The Big Garbage Containers the Day before pick up out on the street. 8.) Clean up our Dock and Boat slips, etc 9.) Clean A/C Filter in rental Units 10.)Appliance Repair- also preferred Pay will depend on experience but will start at $15.00/Hour
