LOST-BROWN AND WHITE MALE CAT

Hi all, I have been taking care of a boy cat. Brown and white, large, super blue eyes. He is not nutured. 3 days ago, I managed to get him to the vet for an ear infection. Now, I dont know where is is. I am concerned. We call him Boy cat or Tommy. He hangs around the post office, church street, leisure apartments and Bolz rd.
