DETROIT — Detroit Police said Monday they arrested a 30-year-old woman for connection to a Saturday morning hit-and-run crash that killed two women. The woman surrender to police, authorities said. Police said the two women were struck by a speeding driver in a newer black Dodge Durango Saturday morning at 1:55 a.m. on the 15000 block of Schaefer. The driver never stopped and fled the scene.
