For Hire- Project Based Videographer Needed in the DMV Area

This is a key position in the #1 Real Estate Team in DC/MD/VA. We are searching for a For Hire/per project Videographer/Editor expert to help us with the shooting and editing of a variety of different content types. This position is an integral part of the marketing department and must have a strong understanding of different content types and their intended uses on YouTube and various social media platforms. Must have experience in creating content from concept through delivery and have a good eye for footage and crafting stories. Must be proficient in Adobe Premiere and After Effects (Audition and Photoshop are a plus) and in creating video graphics. Must have a strong sense of collaboration and be able to work in a fast paced environment while juggling multiple projects at once. The primary duties of this role are to produce the following types of content: TikTok Instagram Reels Website Landing Page Videos/Bumpers Client Events/Open Houses Podcasts Team Events and More!
