Hi, I am looking for a personal trainer that can provide personal training at her home or studio. I am flexible to drive in Rockville, Bethesda, and NW DC areas. You need to be fully vaccinated, so am I. I do exercise and love the outdoors. But it's getting colder and would be great to have a personal trainer help me keep it shape.
