Job description: We are currently hiring for our shop in Brockport, NY. We are looking for a talented, self-motivated individual to join our team. Currently, we are seeking an enthusiastic, skilled candidate to fill the role of Auto Body Technician. We offer: FLAT RATE PAY $18-$22/flat rate Paid Holidays Weekly pay Employee Assistance Program Numerous other benefits Responsibilities: Examines damaged vehicle and efficiently plans repair process. Works and communicates well with others on vehicle repair status. Performs quality repairs while keeping on-time status in mind. Makes decisions on repair vs. replace considering safety, cost and cycle time. Participates in all required safety meetings. Directs the work of a helper in the performance of tasks when needed, i.e., unusual problems or questions and explains procedures to assistant. Requirements: Minimum of 3-5 years' experience working in a body shop. Strong attention to detail Certification in body repair preferred Experience with the vehicle repair process by manufacturer, quarter panel replacement, etc. I-CAR welding certified preferred. Professional appearance and strong work ethic. An understanding of diagnosis and the correct techniques needed to complete repairs. Ability to lift 50+ pounds. Job Type: Full-time
