Need labor help

Need someone who is used to manual labor for 2-4 days starting tomorrow (tues) 9am. Not looking for experience so much as energy and stamina. This would be hard work for someone not used to it but a solid day for someone used to it: it being digging and moving dirt, shoveling sand and cement into a mixer then wheel barrowing mixed concrete and dumping into forms.
