I am a professional black male, 51, no kids and looking to rent a room paying month to month. I looking at $250 -$300 per month. I am employed in Cedar Rapids but had to temporarily relocate to Maryland for a family emergency. I am coming back to my job next week but I will need a new place and sign a lease. For now, I just need a place to stay for up to 2 months until I find my own place.
