Found bird - Parakeet

Found Parakeet near Nogales and Valley - Green/Yellow female parakeet. I attempted to look for the owner but no one came to claim it. Tried to keep it but I have no time as I have dogs and it appears parakeets should be in groups. Looking to rehome the bird, free, comes with cage, toys, and a perch.
