Arizona Brush Management (ABM) is the state’s premier brush and vegetation management company based in Flagstaff, Arizona for over 15 years. ABM performs grassland and habitat restoration, fuels reduction, and vegetation management contracts throughout Arizona and the Southwest. Projects are located in remote areas and require camping and independent work in outdoor conditions year-round. Work truck and travel trailer may be provided. Minimum requirements: Strong work ethic, reliable, diligent, proactive, attentive to detail, task oriented Excel working independently and following instructions Familiar with equipment maintenance, troubleshooting and basic repair Quick and enthusiastic learner with ability to perform detailed prescription operations efficiently and effectively Ability to perform operator duties and strenuous maintenance duties in heat, cold 10-12 hours per day Physical ability to bend, squat, lift (up to 50 pounds regularly - sporadically higher) and climb equipment for repair, maintenance and transport requirements Experience operating rubber tired/track-mounted feller buncher, skidder or similar equipment preferred but not required Unrestricted Class A CDL preferred but not required Clear background check, drug screen, and five (5) year MVD driving record (minor violations will be taken into consideration) Reliable personal transportation (4x4 preferred)
