Small Pile of Construction Debris for Removal

Hello, I need someone to remove a small pile of construction debris from a vacant lot. See map for location of items. Items consist primarily of straw waddles that were used for erosion prevention. There are also a couple of pieces of rock/cement and a steel gate. There are no hazardous materials or liquids. I moved all items by myself to mow in that area and it took approximately 20 minutes for a 55 year old to move all items into the pile. Here is what I'm looking for: 1) You take picture of pile before you load into your truck; 2) You load into your truck/trailer and take to a LEGAL disposal facility; 3) You take a picture of the bare ground where all the stuff was sitting and I'll pay you the amount that we agree to. You must submit a quote to me before you begin work. If I agree to quote, you will have two days to complete work. Once I get picture showing job is done, I will pay you by credit card. If you can't take digital photos and can't take credit card, this job is not for you. I would guess there is somewhere between 400-800 pounds of material to be disposed of.
