Corridor Property Management Company is seeking a qualified and motivated Full-Time and Part-Time Experienced Painter and General/Grounds Maintenance workers for 393 units. Availability to work a flexible schedule based on business needs, including evenings and weekends. Maintenance candidates will be responsible for performing general maintenance, in addition to performing grounds maintenance. All qualified candidates will participate in on-call rotation for emergency maintenance, nights, weekends and holidays (currently including but not limited to every fourth week), have reliable transportation and have the ability to assist in carrying/moving appliances, shovel snow and climb ladder's as needed.
