Handyman/ Handywoman- building manager

Looking for a handyman or handywoman OR better a hard working couple :-) In exchange for rent we are looking for someone to be an on-site manager(s) at a small residential building in the beautiful heart of Berea, Ohio. Responsibilities include cleaning the hallways, the outside area and parking lot, the grounds (barely any grass or shrubs but what is there must be kept neat and nice), keeping the laundry room clean etc. Occasionally cleaning and painting apartments when they become available. Extra pay opportunities are available for installing floor and bigger projects like that. We are looking for someone handy who can take care of minor plumbing issues (like installing a new toiled or tightening a pipe etc). There is future possibility of moving into a two-bedroom apartment if things go well. Must be able to pass a background check and have personal and employer references. OR Would you like some extra work like the jobs listed above but are not interested in living in the building? That's OK too. We pay by the job and if you are looking for extra money, you can do flip an apartment when you have the time as long as it is before our deadline :-) OR if you're handy we could use you for a bit when you have time. This situation is flexible.
