Company with 80+ rental properties is looking for a skilled property maintenance technician / handyman to help with maintenance and rehabs projects on a part-time basis. You could create your own work schedule but we need someone that has at least 10 hours of availability every week between the hours of 8am - 8pm. Most of the properties are located in the west end of Louisville. We are looking for someone who is skilled, experienced, stable and reliable. We require that you have your own transportation, tools, and smart phone. Payments for services rendered will be by company check, CashApp or PayPal. We pay by the job upon completion of service. For large multi-day jobs we would require that you bid on the job and we would negotiate and agree on a price. We do not pay by the hour but would expect you could earn between $15-$30 per hour depending on reliability, work quality and pace.
