Simple Cleaning is proud to be working with a rapidly growing cleaning company that services the Louisville metro area/ Southern Indiana, and we who is looking for enthusiastic, honest, self-motivated & extremely reliable RESIDENTIAL CLEANERS to join our team! We are looking for cleaners who are detail oriented, have a positive attitude, punctual, thorough, and eager to learn! . What is offered: • Multiple opportunities to earn bonus incentives You could earn a bonus from tenure, referral, positive reviews, a-la-cart services, and more! • Paid Training Program • Paid Events & Meetings • Equipment Supply Program • Weekly Pay Schedule: 4 -5 days per week (2 jobs per day minimum) + Plus Some Tips Sample Responsibilities Dusting and cleaning ceiling vents, surface areas baseboards, and counter surfaces Performs general sweeping, scrubbing, mopping of hardwood, laminate, or tiled floors Using vacuuming equipment; vacuums and cleans carpets, performs further treatments such as shampoo or stain-removal as needed Disposing of trash from bins and containers Polishing furniture and room accessories as needed Scrubbing sinks, basins, and toilets in private and public bathrooms Cleaning windows, glass surfaces, and mirrors Maintaining and upkeep of all cleaning equipment, supplies, and products Ensuring safe and sanitary storage and care of products Keeping all public spaces neat and tidy Reporting repairs and replacements needed when encountered on job Ability to follow verbal directions & Ability to work well alone and with a partner or team Reliable and punctual with a dedicated professionalism to job and duties Able to adapt to changing schedules or routines; excellent time management skills. Requirements Qualifications: Basic experience with cleaning -Must Pass Background Check Must be willing to travel 25 miles from home base. Own a cell phone with google maps Friendly, professional, proactive and honest Performs job functions with attention to detail, speed and accuracy Job is part-time to full-time Pay Starts at 13.75 and goes up to 15.75 Hours range from 20 to 30 a week more on weekends up to 5 days a week Weekend Pay after training 15.75 an hour Weekends Required
