Well established high-end remodeling firm looking to build our team of professionals. The key individual will have the desire to learn and grow with a company that takes pride in each of our projects and our employees. Duties: - Assist lead carpenter(s) and project manager(s) with various tasks. - Light demo, clean up, jobsite setup, material pickup, cutting, measuring, reading plans, finish carpentry, door adjustments, accessory installation - Must be willing to take direction and observe best practices to achieve high level of standards. - Familiarity with multiple trades involved in residential remodeling - Ability to read blue prints is a plus - Current and clean driver’s license and insurance - Basic computer / technology knowledge (email, texts, etc.) - Quality tools for framing, finish carpentry, etc. - Substance free - Great work ethic, ability to work independently, responsibly and solve problems - Team player - Great communication skills Experience is important, but we are really looking for someone eager to learn and work in remodeling. This is a full time position. Pay is DOE. Benefits after 90 day review period
