CURRENTLY, WE'RE OFFERING A $500 SIGN-ON BONUS PAYABLE AFTER 90 DAYS OF EMPLOYMENT WITH ANOTHER $250 AFTER 180 DAYS. We are a 20-year-old, well-established company working for large apartment communities around metro Phoenix. Our primary work is maintaining the appearance and cleanliness of trash bins and trash enclosure areas at apartment complexes and we have one position open for a helper who will be in a truck with the bulk pickup driver. We pick up bulk items like couches and mattresses with a full-size pickup and 16-foot trailer and need a helper for the truck driver on the west side of Phoenix. The helper assists the driver with loading old furniture and appliances onto the trailer and off again at a local landfill. We are seeking reliable and stable full-time (40-45 hours per week) employees. The hours are 4 AM or 5 AM to 12 Pm or 1 PM for the bulk item helper. Uniforms and all equipment needed to do the job are supplied. A cell phone can also be provided if needed. This is not seasonal work.
