Seasonal Warehouse Work - $18-22/hr - 40 hrs/week November to Jan/Feb Sweet Yards is a small seed company that offers hundreds of organic vegetable, herb, fruit, and flower seed varieties to home gardeners across the country via online sales.  Looking for a self-motivated individual who enjoys working efficiently on repetitive tasks. Opportunity to increase pay is based on how efficiently you work.  Currently looking for an individual to use our machinery to fill pouches and bags with seed. The task can be repetitive, but the work is performed in front of a large open garage door for fresh air. You can also listen to your own music to keep yourself entertained.  Must be able to lift 50 pound bags overhead. The environment can become a little dusty, so if you have breathing problems or allergies this wouldn't be a good fit. Business is located in Palm Springs, near Ramon and Gene Autry.  Initial training period will require you to come in on a set schedule of 10AM-5PM Monday through Friday. However, once you're fully trained and have proved you can complete the work correctly and efficiently your pay will be increased and you'll be allowed to set your own schedule (as long as minimum hours are worked per week).
