MUST HAVE CONSTRUCTION CLEANING EXPERIENCE! Compensation : $100 **Training starting at $90 a day for first 2 weeks (8am-5pm) (Bonus and raises considered based on work ethic and efficiency.) Employment Type: Full Time Cleaner for New Construction Homes. SCHEDULES: Monday - Friday (WEEKLY PAY) 5am-2pm ($100 per day) 11am-7pm ($100 per day) * Weekends - voluntary ($100 a day) We are looking for experienced cleaners to clean brand new construction homes. You must have reliable transportation, must have your own cleaning supplies (Will not be provided). Must also have reliables phone to communicate through work day through calls and text. If you are able to drive to different locations throughout San Antonio, that is a bonus as we have different locations. This position consist of sweeping frame to already built homes. To mopping, cleaning windows, bathrooms, vacuuming, cabinet touch ups, etc. Window cleaning and power washing experience not mandatory but big bonus in hiring if experienced. THIS IS A PHYSICAL JOB MUST BE ABLE TO STAY ACTIVE DURING ENTIRE WORK DAY WITH LIGHT LIFTING AND SOMETIMES IN HEAT. We are looking to hire right away.
