Local Austin Based Production Company seeking Enthusiastic and Highly Motivated Stagehands for upcoming events. Load Ins: 10/28 – 10/30 and 10/30 midnight call 11/4 and 11/5 Prior industry experience is a must! You must have at least 1 year of experience in either Site Operations or general Stagehand, hands-on knowledge in a festival and/or live music environment. Our staffing has been the go to choice for venues, events and campaigns such as, Frank Erwin, SXSW, For the People and UT. Duties and Expectations: - Experience in either Site Operations or general Stagehand, hands-on knowledge in a festival and/or live music environment. - Loading and unloading of trucks w/ stage gear and road case set ups - Assist other techs with set up of Audio, Lighting and Video - Building/Striking of staging gear including Audio,Video, and Lighting. - Must be able to follow instructions and work well in groups Required Qualifications: - Ability to stand for excess amount of time and able to lift 75 lbs. - Works well in a team driven environment and the ability to follow directions from Production Mangers, Production Coordinators, Site Crew Leads and Stage Managers - Remains efficient and collected under pressure and on-site changes Pay rate is based on previous experience. $16-$18 These calls will pay within 7 days from day of invoice.
