Custom Home Builder Punch Tech Wanted We are a custom home builder in the Lakeway area. We are looking for a go-getter, prompt & eager technician to run all of our punch lists on homes that are closing. What's a punch list? When a construction project is nearly complete, the homeowner/client inspects the work and writes a list of concerns, such as flaws, errors or requirements that haven’t been addressed. We are looking for a dedicated and hard working person assigned to fix the problems identified on the list. This could include replacing broken or missing hardware, checking cabinets, floors & doors, adjusting or replacing electrical fixtures, painting a wall, performing minor touchup paint or paint wood trim. Ideally, the punch tech will communicate clearly & regularly with the project managers and back office for planning & scheduling to create a firm plan for completion for the punch list. Punch tech must also work safely and within OSHA standards. Pay is commensurate with experience.
