Now hiring for a Lead Water Technician and Assistant Water Technicians. The base pay is $18-$28/hr. depending on experience. (Lead Tech's must have a min. 2 yrs. experience) Full-time available upon completion of probationary period. Your main Responsibilities will include; • Water extraction • Mold remediation • Moving & re-setting home/business contents • Setting drying equipment You must be able to take direction in; • Vehicle safety and maintenance inspections • Constructing polyethylene enclosures (Containment) • Removing and disposing of debris • Maintaining equipment The Requirements/Qualifications are; • Must have own reliable transportation 24 hours a day in order to get to work. • You must be physically capable of moving furniture and other household contents, including equipment weighing 70+ lbs. • Possess sense of urgency, professional demeanor, positive attitude, and strong work ethic • Eligible to operate a motor vehicle per vehicle policy • Sustained periods of standing, walking, bending, and kneeling • ability to draw neat dimensional diagrams (home floor layouts). • Access and mobility in tight spaces • Satisfactory completion of OSHA Construction 10 hours total online course • Attention to detail and keen sense of safeguarding other people's property • Familiarity with chemical products including use, disposal, and Material Safety Data Sheets • Willing to work nights and weekends when requested • Attend sponsored operations and safety training courses • Other duties as assigned • Candidates will be neat, clean cut & reliable • All applicants must be drug free and have a clean drivers license. • Clean background (background check and DMV record will be reviewed prior to start-date).
