My Wife and I have 4 boys, ages 4, 6, 14,19. We have 1 dog (Boxer, Black Mouth Cur mix) and 1 Calico Cat. We have been asked to leave our home due to our landlord selling the property and are in need of a new place to live. Our credit is bad and we have enrolled in a credit repair program. This has been the major roadblock and everywhere we have looked is rejecting us. I make $5,000/month gross before OT and my wife and son make $1,800/month. We also have a cosigner available. We are available to move in immediately and can pay all deposits and fees. Please consider us for any properties as we are moving out of our current address this week and are in immediate need.
