Currently hiring for a full time Lead Carpenter! The carpenter will be responsible for various phases of remodeling with an emphasis in wood framing, interacting with customers, and following all building and safety codes. Job Duties: -Removal of existing building materials and structures -Installation of siding, wood and azek trim and soffits -Kitchen and bathroom remodeling (Tile, light plumbing) -Framing layout for decks, rafters, and studs. -Existing window removal and replacement. -Complete gut and renovation, demo to finish. -Punch-list carpentry -Interaction with customers and homeowners Requirements: -Resume or at least 8 years of verifiable work history and professional references. -Basic hand and power tools -Reliable transportation
