Job Description: A Warehouse Labor and Assembly person is responsible for assembly and physical QC of electronic components, as well as assisting with packing and shipping goods to customers. They are also responsible for verifying correct quantities of parts and monitoring completed items for quality and may also be liable for managing parts inventory. Cleanliness, urgency, organization and attention to detail are a must. Warehouse Labor and Assembly Job Responsibilities: Produces components by assembling parts and subassemblies. Reads and deciphers schematics, blueprints, and assembly instructions. Uses hand tools or machines to assemble parts. Conducts quality control checks using electronic testing equipment and supplied software Positions parts and subassemblies by using templates or reading measurements. Assembles components by examining connections for correct fit, fastening parts and subassemblies. Resolves assembly problems by troubleshooting to meet specifications; notifying supervisor to obtain additional resources. Keeps equipment operational by completing preventive maintenance requirements, following manufacturer’s instructions, troubleshooting malfunctions, and calling for repairs. Maintains a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations. Conserves resources by using equipment and supplies as needed to accomplish job results. Documents actions by completing production and quality forms. Discern quality of parts and materials used in production. Inventory parts and tools used in the assembling process. Follow company procedures and directives. Test finished products for defects. Requirements: Mechanical and technical skills Physical stamina and strength Safety management mindset Focus on quality control Dexterity and hand-eye coordination, including the ability to grasp, manipulate, and assemble parts and components that are often very small Color vision required as Growlink makes electrical and electronic products that include color-coded wiring Quick learner with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, maintain focus, and adapt to a variety of challenges Ability to conduct detailed procedures in a time constrained environment Strong sense of time organization and urgency Self-motivated and driven Must reside within commuting distance of downtown Denver. This is not a remote working position. High school diploma or GED Job Type: Full Time- Hourly Pay: $18-$20/hr
