This woman is dangerous, and so are the dogs. Plus she obviously hasn’t given them proper vet care, as the female has many obvious health problems and scars from getting into fights. The male is very aggressive( I saw him lunge at an old woman) which is probably why she has a no touch rule. Plus she is a crack head.
