Description

We are seeking an individual who is experienced in supervising janitorial operations in a multi location environment. Most of our accounts are smaller and operations are performed in the evening. The Supervisor/Crew Leader is assigned to a designated work-sites spanning over several locations/buildings and oversight of a group of hourly employees to assure assignments are completed in an effective, efficient, safe and timely manner, and overseeing all custodial activities on all shifts. This position requires great flexibility. Responsibilities Oversee and coordinate daily operations Enforce all safety policies and procedures Employee recruiting Supervise/Train/Retrain staff on cleaning techniques Meet Quality Control Expectations Maintain Inventory and Supplies Ensure sites have proper working equipment and supplies Light Repairs to equipment Meet daily/weekly with employees Create work schedules Delegate daily tasks to Cleaning Technicians Fill as needed when short staffed/call offs Tell us about your experience (past work experience and companies worked for), contact information and where you live
