Sick Cat Needs Care

I have a Siamese mix (I think) that looks incredibly ill - very skinny and has an abscess on his lip. It was my aunts cat, she lives by herself and dementia took over in the last three months. We had to intervene. She can no longer care for her cat. He’s in bad shape. I started feeding him immediately because we couldn’t find food anywhere in the house and I assume that may be 90% of the issue. I’ve called around trying to find a shelter that would accept him, him nobody is taking surrenders. We can’t cover his medical care and keeping him isn’t an option for us.
