Need to get two houses remodeled. They are both demoed out and ready for new materials to be installed. I'd like to do the following:
1) Change out switches and outlets.
2) Install a beam (framing) to open kitchen and living up
3) Install and finish sheetrock
4) Install tub and tile
5) Paint interior
6) Install interior doors, trim, and cabinets
7) Install laminate flooring;
8) Anything else to get the house sold.
Both jobs are in La Marque. Please TEXT (don't call) Scott at 630 640 8506 with a price to hang, tape, float and finish sheetrock per sheet. This job can start the minute we agree on price.
