Description
Currently hiring sub-contractors for the Dallas/Fort Worth area. I am looking for crews of 2 or more to do quick turnaround projects as well as projects that are more extensive. Deadlines must be met and jobs are steady week to week. Scope of work to be performed includes but is not limited to:
-Interior paint and prep work.
-Flooring installation.
-Replace smoke detectors, outlets and outlet covers.
-Drywall patch and repair.
-HVAC filter replacement.
-Faucet and supply line replacement.
-Ceiling fan and light fixture replacement.
-Water heater replacement.
-Install towel holders and other hardware.
-Program garage door openers.
-Fill cracks in brick mortar, etc.
Looking for crews that are motivated to complete jobs on time and willing to be part of a team. Pay is weekly by direct deposit and pricing is by the job.
