Description

The Reconstruction Manager (RM) reports directly to the Office Manager (OM) and is responsible for managing ORC’s reconstruction and remodeling services to property owners and managers which includes performing site inspections, educating the customers on ORC policies and procedures, educating the customers on what to expect, and overseeing the quality of the jobs. The RM serves as a project manager for the company. The RM is responsible for performing in accordance with all insurance program policies, time requirements, and applicable procedures. The RM is responsible for making sure that all data is properly uploaded and that the status of all jobs is properly maintained within Job-Dox (our current CRM program). The RM prepares or reviews estimates created in Xactimate.
