Medium sized dog - immediate rehome

Simply put, my husband walked out a few months ago and I can no longer afford his routine medical care or to feed him. Believe me when I say I have tried. I've put him up and taken him down because this breaks my heart. I have exhausted all my options, I just want to find him a good home! Comes with his things. 3yr old mixed breed. Medium/high energy - aka, has zoomies/wiggle butt attacks and enjoys walks but will happily cuddle up and go to sleep with you or chew a bone on the floor. A chunky 47lbs. Neutered. House broke. He's trusted in the house though I will kennel him if I am going to be away for extended periods of time. He doesn't chew anything he's not supposed to and if you give him a Water buffalo horn or Nyla-bone chew he'll happily entertain himself. Loves to play tug with a rope toy. He's GREAT with other dogs and curious about cats but isn't a fan of his nose getting swatted so he's careful to keep his distance. He loves children and has been around very young toddlers - preschool age without issue though he is a medium/higher energy dog and may accidentally knock them over if he's playing and not paying attention. Walks well on a leash and knows basic commands. He did break one of his hind legs as a puppy but it was surgically repaired by a specialist and he has no hardware in it as a result nor has it ever bothered him. The only "con" I can think of is that he has jumped my fence when he was younger. I'm on a hill so my 5ft fence equates to 4ft in some areas as a result of the slope. To remedy this, I either supervise him, tether him (while watching from the window) or leash walk him. He's very good but I live near a busy road and worry easily so I'd rather not chance another incident. He comes with his kennel, a decorative kennel that I use as a bed for him, some food and his medical records. He's chipped so I can have that changed over as well. Asking a small rehoming fee of $100 for him and all of his things.
