Seeking a full-time employee to run the overall maintenance of a mobile home community. This maintenance technician position is responsible for: Small handy man jobs (light electrical repairs, plumbing, painting and interior and exterior upkeep) Maintaining cleanliness of property by doing custodial work. Inspection and approval of all move-ins and move-outs Participate in work orders provided by management Perform watering, weeding, mowing, trimming, and fertilizing of common areas as well as individual lots Shovel snow and drive snowplow in common areas as needed (if applicable) Pool Maintenance (if applicable) Other duties as assigned by management Health and dental insurance are offered to eligible full-time employees.
