cleanout and concrobium tretment of crawlspace

Looking for someone who works in cleaning up crawlspaces. We need one cleaned out of some debris (insulation, rotted lumber, etc.) and then have the mildewed areas sprayed with Concrobium or a similar product. If you don't know what Concrobium is you are probably not the person for this job. If you have access to a heavy duty vacuum with a long hose (25-50') that is perfect for this job. It is about 1,000 square feet and 2' tall below the joists. I was in the space for four hours on Friday and it is not that bad of a space - air is fine and there is decent headroom but one does need to crawl. The house has electric service so there is lighting and access in multiple areas through flooring that is open. The job will probably take a good 6-8 hours for an experienced person. There may be additional work for an experienced carpenter to do some repairs/replacement of plate and flooring. But that would be extra work.
