Hi, my company recently completed this Rooftop Basketball Hoop in an Alley in Evanston. Where the ball drops when you make a basket there is a section of the Concrete that is not even and you could trip and fall. The ball will also ricochet. I told my Client we could Fill in this area with som etype of Cement and make it even. I told my Client we could also Fill-in the cracks in the Cement. I need Assistance with this Project. An Understanding of Cement and various kinds of Cement is Needed. I believe it to be a Quick Job. We can buy either a Pre-made Compound or a Mix.
